How do I login or create a new account?

At the top of every page (before you login) you should see a gray tab that says “Login” click that tab and down will slide a login form. Fill it out, and you will be set to go.

If you need to create an account, please hit the “Create an Account” link to the right of the “Login” button, you will be prompted to create a login and password. Once you have filled that form out, you will be ready to go. You will need to finish adding your contact information prior to purchasing questions.


What do I do if I’m having trouble logging into my account?

If you have tried logging in as described above and are met with a blank screen or an error message, your account may have been disabled. Any account with no activity in a consecutive 24 month period becomes disabled in the system. Please Contact Us directly to help you setup your account.


What do I do if I’m having trouble creating an account?

If you have tried creating an account without success, please be sure you have included a Zip Code when creating an account. All accounts must have a Zip Code. For account holders outside the United States, enter your local code as it exists. If you still have trouble, please Contact Us directly to update your account status.


Where can I see how many credits I have?

Once you have logged into TripleWide Media, you will be able to see in the upper right corner of every page your account balance. If you need to purchase more credits, please feel free to click the “Buy Credits” button to the right of your credit balance. If you have any issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us.


I have lost my password or login information, How do I retrieve it?

Click login at the top of any page and click “Forgot Your Password?” Enter the email you used to setup your account and hit “Recover Password.” You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How can I edit my contact information?

Once you have logged in, click the “Account Center” tab in the upper right corner of the site. Here you will be able to edit all of your contact information,


I want to change my password, How do I do that?

Once you are logged into your account, just go to the “Account Center” and in the password section, just type in a new password, hit save and you’re all set to go.
