How do I purchase a photo or still image?

Once you have found the still image you would like to purchase, make sure you are logged in and hit the “download” button on either the preview window or the more detail page. Once you hit download, you will be prompted with a confirmation page where you can click the orange “Download Media” button. Your media will then appear in your “My Media” page where you can go and download the resolution you need.

 

I have purchased a product, how do I download it.

The “My Media” page stores all your purchases and allows you to download the resolution you need whenever you need it.

 

The resolution I am looking for is not available for download, what do I do?

All of our motions, footage, countdowns and still images should give you access to download the single wide, double wide and triple wide resolution. If you do not see one of those options, please contact us. We will make sure to get the file you are missing.

If you have purchased the SD version of a product and do not see an HD version available, please email us to request this product in HD format. We will reach out to the individual producer to see if they have that available.

If you have purchased a short film*, we do not sell all three resolutions with each download. Usually, these are chosen by the producer and the description states which resolution(s) that product contains. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues or questions.

*short films are no longer available for purchase on this site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

The still image I downloaded is not useable, I would like a refund.

If you have downloaded a product that is not useable*, please contact us with your product title and your issue. We will refund your credits and make sure to correct the issue for future purchases.

*refunds available for file issues only (wrong media, file error, etc.)
