How do I purchase a video?

Once you have found the motion, footage, countdown or short film you would like to purchase, make sure you are logged in and hit the “download” button on either the preview window or the more detail page. Once you hit download, you will be prompted with a confirmation page where you can click the orange “Download Media” button. Your media will then appear in your “My Media” page where you can go and download the resolution you need.

I have purchased a product, how do I download it.

The “My Media” page stores all your purchases and allows you to download the resolution you need whenever you need it.

The resolution I am looking for is not available for download, what do I do?

All of our motions, footage, countdowns and still images should give you access to download the single wide, double wide and triple wide resolution. If you do not see one of those options, please contact us. We will make sure to get the file you are missing.

If you have purchased a short film, we do not sell all three resolutions with each download. Usually, these are chosen by the producer and the description states which resolution(s) that product contains. Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues or questions.

The video I downloaded is not what I expected. I would like a refund.

If you have downloaded a product that is not useable*, please contact us with your product title and your issue. We will refund your credits and make sure to correct the issue for future purchases.

*refunds available for file issues only (wrong media, file error, etc.)

What is the difference between footage and motions?

A footage video clip is a piece of media that is real life, these may be anything from nature video footage to kids playing to even candles. None of the videos in the footage category were digitally created. Motions, though they may have some real life elements in them, they are traditionally animated graphics that loop or have primarily digital elements. We have separated them to allow for easier search-ability for the clips you are looking for.

Why are short films not available?

Short films are unique to single screen applications. While offering those was a good addition to our site, we wanted to ensure that we were focused on quality content for multiscreen, environmental projection, video staging, and more.
